At Dhilli Builders & Developers, we strive to provide complete transparency and customer satisfaction during every stage of your property purchase. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be applicable.
1. Booking Amount / Token Advance
- Once a customer pays the booking amount to block a plot, it will be treated as a commitment fee.
- Booking amounts are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in writing.
2. Cancellation by Customer
- If a customer chooses to cancel the booking before registration of the Sale Agreement, Dhilli Builders may deduct administrative and processing charges from the booking amount.
- After the Sale Agreement is executed, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
3. Cancellation by Dhilli Builders
- In the rare event that Dhilli Builders is unable to allocate the booked plot due to unforeseen legal, regulatory, or technical issues, the full booking amount will be refunded to the customer without any deductions.
4. Loan-Related Cancellations
- If a home loan or plot loan is not sanctioned due to reasons not attributable to Dhilli Builders, the booking amount will not be refunded.
- Customers are encouraged to use our bank loan assistance services for smoother approvals.
5. Refund Timelines
- Eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 30 working days from the date of approval of the cancellation request.
6. Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be made only through account transfer/cheque to the same account from which the booking payment was made. No cash refunds will be entertained.
7. Changes to Policy
Dhilli Builders reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
